Mike Babiske, on my behalf, did not stand in court on the property issue, and stole thousands of the money he wanted to get from the sale of the house, and he refused to look up the documents, checks, and evidence I had collected. I lost my house and didn't receive the amount I should receive. When I continued to ask for money and documents, he "fired" the copy to me. He found new evidence that Mike was working under a predatory lender and borrowed $90,000 (received 31k from Mike) The retainer was 5k, but then he did not ask me anything.  Who has quit his long-time secretary, look back and warn me!  Mike still hasn't given me the documents and evidence I worked on.  My mother and friends said he was a private child, but he told his customer, only to other customers.  This man assured me of returning the house.  I became homeless.  But there was a lot of phone calls from someone who wanted to make it right, and she sent me a copy of the certificate to help them sell my house.  Why did he insist that only a (lying) lawyer would stand in court?  Don't use this man. If it's a white man, it's too gambling!

Terrible communication that after 11 follow-ups and client task processing of all the necessary materials, the inquiry/case cannot be completed. After three months of tracking, left vm to hire another person
